An Interesting Time

We are living through one of the most interesting moments in history, certainly in the last eighty years.

A new technological era is beginning with the rise of artificial intelligence. Systems that once seemed impossible are now part of daily life, and the idea of AGI is no longer feels like distant science fiction.

At the same time, the political landscape in the Western world especially in the US is evolving. The boundaries between political power and technological power are becoming less defined.

It is possible that future historians perhaps even some of us, if human longevity continues to advance as I believe it may will look back at this period as the beginning of a new era.
